um have read an inspector calls and LOVE the character of sheila so want to explore her throughout my monologue. well eva smiths perception of her i guess.
really interested in pinpointing the social commentary throughout the play, and have started brainstorming ideas on this.

After FINALLY deciding my character (screenwriter) things just seemed to be working and I had masses of ideas… But then that stupid vcaa sheet that has all the prescribed styles etc. came and waved itself infront of my face and I remembered I have to tick teh boxes whilst making my performance. So I still have some really good ideas and have started working backwards by scripting because it feels a bit safer than standing up and working (especially without my mandy motivation…that should be a company) But I was inspired by water so I really have “become the character” and I also think I might draw some influences (in terms of language) from bombshells.
HAVE TO FIND ENGLISH SPEAKING INDIAN ACCENT TAPES.
    Ciao, Lu
